Hella Otieno is the Director of Rusinga CBO, providing leadership in the planning, management, and expansion of community water services. He works with stakeholders, development partners, and local communities to advance sustainable water access and community development across Rusinga Island.
Emily Nundu is the Secretary of Rusinga CBO, responsible for managing organizational records, coordinating communications, and supporting the effective administration and governance of the organization. Her work contributes to the smooth operation of the CBO and the successful delivery of community water services.
Brian Aduda is the Scheme Manager of the Rusinga CBO Water System, responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating staff, and ensuring reliable water service delivery. He works to improve system efficiency and support the sustainable growth of the water scheme.
Duncan Odongo is the Technical Manager of Rusinga CBO, responsible for the operation, maintenance, and improvement of the water supply system. He oversees technical activities, infrastructure development, and service reliability to ensure sustainable access to clean water for the community.
